A Tree in Central Park

October 6, 2010

On one of our walks with Mia, our beloved dog, in Central Park, NY, I noticed this tree. It looked to me like a goddess- then like a relationship. It is the symbol of what a healthy powerful relationship is all about. Each branch represents the individual; male + female. The trunk of the tree represents the relationship. By growing as individuals, supporting one another, and empowering each other we empower the relationship. By listening to what the needs of the relationship are and working together to empower the tree trunk, the relationship will always grow, and become vibrant and alive, deep rooted; it will weather any storm.
